After 'erasing' with the Mr Clean magic eraser to get back to the white of the paper, added back some blue and made other small adjustments. But I found that the eraser had left dots of paper so that the painted result does not look clean. It might be that I have to be more careful to eliminate some of the leftover eraser bits. I suspected that this technique might not work. I will just have to be even more careful to leave the white of the paper where it should be white, I need to be more patient. Now that I am studying this painting I can see that perhaps I could erase some of the dark patch in the sky on the lower right. Gift to family.
