6x12, Oil, $350

Painted "en plein air" along the Santa Fe River on Alameda. I am happy that I was there that day, joining my friend as she "cleaned the river" with her garden club. Only a few days later the water was turned off. I must return soon to see if it is flowing yet again. What a wonderful respite in the middle of the summer in Santa Fe. The river banks fill with children and animals enjoying the sound and the cool breezes off the river. How wonderful to "Return to the River". Sold Mar 2017 at the Marigold Arts Gallery on Canyon Road, http://www.marigoldarts.com.
