4:3 Aspect Ratio, What is the focal point? The right tree commands the most attention. Would the painting be improved if its yellow blossoms were brighter, drawing the eye to that area? The direction of the branches are parallel with the main (baroque) diagonal. If we used an expanded Armature with additional verticals, we might find the trees aligning with these verticals. The main branches do seem to align with diagonals or reciprocals though. There seems to be a lot of motion in this painting and that was the intent.
